Last weekend, my younger students participated in Needham Concert Society's String Festival. The pieces they played ranged from Boccherini's Menuet to Massenet's Meditation from Thais. They all played beautifully! It was a wonderful experience that has inspired them to keep growing as musicians, and made them look forward to performing more challenging pieces next year.My gratitude to the Needham Concert Society, and especially to Ron Lowry, for organizing this event.
